Castle Furniture Project is best known as a Re-use project; collecting furniture and household goods donated by the public, making it ready for re-sale and available to households across Fife and beyond, with a particular focus on supporting individuals and families on low incomes. We want people in Fife to have access to good quality furniture at a price they can afford, while at the same time, giving life back to unwanted goods, thus reducing the amount of perfectly usable furniture that goes to landfill.

However, there is more to the Project than furniture, important though it is, and we would like to invite you all to our Open Day on October 19th 2012, between 11.00am and 4.00pm. We will show you all the other activities that take place: our classic car restoration project "Motovators"; displays of work carried out by our Mental Health Group; the various and wonderful skills of our volunteers and some of their stories. All washed down with music and fun!

Do come along and see for yourself that there is more to Castle than furniture!
