Buying software from Charity Technology Exchange (CTX)? - read the helpful 'Guide to the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Centre'
Organisations accessing Microsoft products donated through CTXchange need to use the Volume Licensing Service Centre to obtain keys to activate Volume Licensing products, download or order installation software, and manage benefits such as Software Assurance.
Our partners, TechSoup, have created an online Guide to the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Centre, to help organisations through the process. Many organisations will only need the instructions in "Getting Started" and "Product Keys" however the guide also covers "License Information", "Installation Software" and "Software Assurance Benefits".
