Complaints

CVS Fife wants your experience with us to be positive and therefore takes any negative feedback or complaints very seriously. If you wish to make a complaint regarding a CVS Fife service, please use the same Feedback Form (MS Word) to provide us with details. Your complaint will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence, however you are entitled to remain anonymous if you wish. If you choose to provide your contact details, you will be contacted by a senior member of staff as soon as possible for further details regarding your complaint. If you choose to remain anonymous, you can rest assured that your complaint will dealt with as soon as possible.
