Role & Remit

Co-ordinating Group

1. Membership

Membership of the Co-ordinating Group will comprise:

1. all members representing the Forum on any outside body
2. the chair and secretary of the Forum as elected
2. Meetings

The Co-ordinating Group will meet in between meetings of the full Forum. The meetings will be chaired, wherever possible by the Forum chair. On the absence of the Chair the Group will agree a chair.

3. Role and Remit of the Co-ordinating Group
1. To follow up and if necessary pursue any issues raised at full meetings of the Forum.
2. To make preparations for the forthcoming meetings of the Forum
3. To plan for the pursuance of the Forum's objectives
4. To act as the primary feedback and consultation body for the Forum's representatives on any outside body
5. To prepare and distribute regular written reports to the Forum on the activities of the Forum's representatives
6. To answer any questions from the Forum regarding the written reports on the activities of the Forum's representatives
4. Reporting & Accountability

The Co-ordinating Group will report to and be accountable for any actions to the Forum.
