Amounts Awarded

There are no minimum or maximum donations. The Trust does operate a small grant scheme for smaller charities to apply for one-off donations of up to £5,000 to support a particular project or activity.

The Trust prefers to offer a contribution towards the total funds required for either a capital or a revenue request. Core funding or specific project costs will be considered and may be for a maximum period of 3 years. For example revenue donations average between £5,000 and £10,000 a year and capital donations may be up to 10% of total costs.

Clasing Dates

Applications in writing to the Secretary, guidelines available on the website. The Trustees meet every two months in May, July, September, November, January and March. You are advised to submit your application as soon as it is ready and it would be unusual to have to wait more than 3 months for a decision. You may be contacted for more information or to arrange an assessment visit.
