Groups and organisations with open membership, are non-profit making and have a constitution with charitable aims. They should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing an equal opportunities policy.

Eligible items for expenditure include:

• Insurance
  
• Marketing/Promotion
  
• Portable Toilet Hire
  
• Engaging Performers
  
• Hire of Equipment and Services
• General Administration Costs
  
• Venue Hire

Up to 50% of the event costs may be awarded
