Applicant Criteria	Most voluntary and community organisations and groups working to regenerate coalfield communities are eligible to apply to us for funding. We classify parish, town and community councils as voluntary organisations. While schools, colleges and local education authorities (LEAs) are clearly statutory organisations, parent teacher associations (PTAs) or similar small groups linked to statutory organisations are also classed as voluntary. New or existing organisaitons in Scotland from eligible areas within the Ayrshire, Lothian, Clydesdale/Strathkelvin and Fife/Central Coalfields can apply.
