- Deaf Action is a deaf-led registered charity. We provide a range of services across Scotland to deaf people and those who work with them - by the term deaf, we include those who use British Sign Language, are deafened, deafblind and hard of hearing. In Fife the focus is on delivering our Big Lottery funded 'Including You' project which provides Information, Advice and Guidance as well as learning opportunities for hard of hearing people.
