Activities

Gordon Rural Action (GRA) is a registered charity (SC004883). Our services and projects cover the whole of central Aberdeenshire.
 
We provide the following services:
 
Advice and Information – provides advice on benefits, housing, employment law and a wide range of queries.
 
Money Advice Service – offers advice and assistance when dealing with debt.
 
Council for Voluntary Service – Supports and represents the voluntary sector
 
Carers Support – Provides support to people who care for a relative, child, partner or a friend who is ill or disabled.
 
Young Carers – Provides support to children and young people aged 5-18 who have a caring responsibility.
 
Male Carers - provides support to male carers.
 
Skillsharers Befriending Project – encourages people of all ages and abilities to volunteer and helps them to find suitable volunteer opportunities.
 
Bargain Box – Is a charity shop which provides some funds towards GRA.
