CLEAR is a voluntary group whose aim is to improve the appearance and character of the Buckhaven and Denbeath area through a range of actions.
 
1. Litter clearing and recyclking
 
2. Planting
 
3. Advocacy and Lobbying
 
4. CLEAR also participates in partnership weith other groups especially Kinetic Youth Project and others such as community wardens and other Fife Council Departments.
