1. The achievement of the twinning of Cupar and the Howe of Fife with the town of Sainte Menehould in France.
 
2. To develop relations in cultural, sporting, social, economic, educational and tourist exchanges with Sainte Menehould.
 
3. To exchange information and experience and encourage the movement of people so as to bring about a greater understanding of culture, language, customs, habits and the ways of daily life of the communities involved.
 
4. To raise and disburse funds to assist in the promotion of these aims.
 
5. To promote peace and goodwill amongst the nations.
 
6. To carry these aims and objectives forward into any other international links that may be subsequently made.
