Activities

The club exists to provide people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in sports and games. In the first half of the session we use the games hall and play team games like hockey, football, basketball and rounders, as well as badminton and table tennis. There are floor games such as giant dominoes, connect 4 and Jenga, and small sports equipment such as skipping ropes, stilts and hula hoops. In the second half of the session we swim in the Dunfermline Centre Pool.
 

 
Please note that the membership charge is £2.00 per session.

People with disabilities are welcome to come along for a taster session to see if they would like to join. We have volunteers to join in games, but if you need help with dressing you will need to come with a carer.
