- The drugs education service Delta (Drugs Education Liaison Training Agency) provides a Fife-wide formal and informal drugs education service through a team of 5 specialist workers. They work in partnership with Fife Constabulary delivering tailored sessions in all Fife primary and secondary schools. Programmes are also delivered in youth clubs, "Blue Light" discos and community settings while drugs and alcohol awareness training is delivered to professionals in the private, public and voluntary sectors. DELTA seeks to educate and inform young people and the community of the physical, psychological and social implications of using particular drugs and alcohol thereby enabling individuals to make informed decisions.
