- Activities
- This is a phase IV maintenance exercise programme. Exercise phases were categorized a few years ago. The exercise routines follow the Scottish Intercollege guidelines as recommended for cardiac rehabilitation. The conditions, and qualifications of exercise must be to British associations of cardiac rehabilitation standards. Exercise sessions consist of light aerobic exercise, use of exercise equipment such as treadmills & cycles finishing with a period of relaxation exercises.
