Activities
Rymonth Housing Society Ltd provides accommodation in a caring environment for adults with learning difficulties. It is situated in pleasant surroundings in St Andrews within a spacious garden and within easy reach of the town centre. The acccommodation consists of three separate modern houses on one site. No. 7 is subdivided into three flats, each providing single bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. It also has a communal area where residents from all houses can meet for social activities. 24 hour care is in place. Nos 5 and 3 cater for residents whose needs can be met by part-time care staff.

All residents are supported to develop to their full potential and are encouraged to pursue individual interests whether within their home environment or among the local community. Care staff are assisted in this by volunteers drawn from the university and local townspeople who are very supportive of Rymonth residents. Rymonth also offers a respite bed facility within No 7, enabling the respite user to participate in social activities alongside other residents should he/she so wish.
