Activities

Counselling - free professional counselling and art therepy (general & specialist) including bereavement, emotional problems, depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, personal development, trauma and spiritual issues. Charis Counselling also offers placement opportunities for college and university Diploma Students, as well as supervision for counsellors.
 
Consultancy and Management Supervision. Training - counselling courses at Level 1 to Diploma level, individually designed workshops for the caring professions i.e. attachment and loss, legal and ethical implications of disclosure of abuse, listening and attending skills.
 
Retreats - spiritual accompaniement, led morning, day, evening, weekend retreats.
