Promote lifelong learning, active citizenship and social inclusion by supporting and delivering a programme of recreational, cultural, educational, leisure and social activities in response to both individual and collective identified and perceived needs and by encouraging and supporting all members of the community to participate in appropriate and relevant activities.
 

 
This is achieved by: Maintaining the provision of an accessible and affordable meeting place and social/educational/centre. Managing the Tayside Institute Community Centre effectively. Responding appropriately to identified collective issues within the community. Increasing access to information and learning opportunities for adults, young people and children in the community. Working towards improving the general health, well-being and welfare of local residents.
