FEAT's "Journey to Work" programme provides support, advice and assistance to people with mental health problems who want to find a job or explore the opportunities for employment, education or training. They offer individual packages of support including one-to-one support, personal development courses, specific skills workshops, work placements and counselling, if required. They also work closely with employers to raise awareness of mental health issues in the workplace through bespoke training courses (from 1-hour to 2-days) and their Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work Roadshow (a free information display for use in employers premises).
