Activities

Providing support and information for people with mental health problems and their carers through: a Drop-In Centre; snack bar; complementary therapies; social activities; a warm, relaxed friendly atmosphere; information resources; education; volunteering; plus practical and emotional support.
 

 
We have a housing support service funded through supporting people and we provide practical and emotional support for people at home with mental health issues. This includes assistance with shopping, accessing services, maintaining a home and tenancy.
 
We work with the local community.
 

 
We also work to raise awareness and promote positive mental health.
