To explore how volunteers can be matched and/or selected to suitable volunteering opportunities across volunteering programmes.

Learning Outcomes/What you will learn:

• An understanding of the methods of matching volunteers to roles;
• How to select volunteers for volunteering roles;
• Indentify suitable methods of matching and/or selection for use within a volunteer programme;
• Develop an action plan for the matching and/or selection of volunteers.
