Course Aims:

To help members of organisations that work with Volunteers explore the learning and training required to ensure effective introduction of volunteers to the organisation.

Learning Outcomes/What you will learn:

To explore how new volunteers are introduced to an organisation;
To identify the induction needs required to meet organisational policies and procedures;
To develop knowledge of methods and techniques that will enable delivery of volunteers' induction;
To explore planning your induction programme.
