Course Aims:

To enable organisations and individuals to develop programmes and policies for the involvement of volunteers in an organisation.

Learning Outcomes/What you will learn:

• To explore different models of volunteering;
• To help you establish why your organisation will involve volunteers;
• To help you consider the role and responsibility for the management of volunteers by introducing The National Occupational Standards for the Management of Volunteers;
• To explore a range of policies that may be required by your organisation.
