Meetings of the Strategy Group

The group has agreed to meet four times per year. The upcoming dates for 2011 are as follows:

• Thursday 25 August - Thomson House, Methil
• Thursday 17 November - Thomson House, Methil

Staff members from CVS Fife, Volunteer Centre Fife and VONEF are currently supporting the group. This support function will be taken on by the Third Sector Interface in due course once the above organisations come together.

Action Plan

Members of the Strategy Group took part in a Visioning Day in June 2011. The aim of the day was to develop on overall vision for the group and begin to create an action plan to help achieve this. Please see below for images of the PATH plan created on the day by members of the group:

At its August meeting the group will review the action plan and once agreed it will be added to the website.

Working Groups

The Strategy Group has agreed that in order to progress certain pieces of work, it will set up short-life Working Groups. These groups will mostly consist of Strategy Group members but may co-opt other representatives from the Third Sector where appropriate. Working Group updates will be posted on these pages when available.
